    Dispute Resolution: Theory and Practice

    Examines the forms and functions of major disputing processes - mediation, negotiation and adjudication. These are the processes which are critical to lawyers and other persons concerned with preventing or resolving disputes. Both court adjudication and alternative dispute resolution (ADR) are studied from theoretical, critical and practical perspectives. Examines and develops the skills used in various dispute resolution procedures.
