Examines main areas of competition law including conspiracy to lessen competition, merger notification requirements, abuse of dominant position, vertical price restraints (such as predatory pricing, price discrimination, and resale price maintenance) and non-price vertical restraints (such as refusals to deal, tied selling, exclusive dealing, and market restrictions) and misleading advertising.
